Services

• Friction Audit: free (initial diagnosis at no cost).
• Build: €1,500 – €5,000 (implementation, based on approved scope).
• Pulse: €400/month (monitoring and maintenance subscription).

Contracting terms

The Audit is free of charge and entitles the client to a Friction Map delivered as a PDF. The Build phase budget is indicative until the logic diagram is approved.

Pulse subscription

The subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled with [PENDING: define notice period] notice, by writing to hola@zyntops.com.

Right of withdrawal

If the client contracts as a business (B2B), the consumer withdrawal regime does not apply. Should the consumer regime ever apply, the client expressly accepts the immediate start of the digital service, waiving the right of withdrawal under article 103.a of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
