Data controller

Purpose

To manage audit requests received through the contact form, to provide the contracted services (Audit, Build, Pulse), and, where the user has consented, to send communications related to those services.

Legal basis

Consent of the data subject when submitting the form, and/or performance of a contract.

Recipients and data processors

• Tally.so (form management)
• n8n (internal lead-flow automation)
• Hosting provider (Hostinger)
• Plausible Analytics (cookie-free analytics)

Some of these providers may host data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention period

A client’s operational data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and deleted within a maximum of 30 days after the “Pulse” service ends, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (e.g. invoicing records).
